So, how do I do it?

 Fill out the following form, and drop a cheque or money order in the mail for $12 (Individual Membership) or $25 (Family Membership -- household only). As soon as we receive your payment we will send you your membership card and the latest newsletter.

If you are from outside of Canada please send us a money order (from you bank or post office).  If you are from within Canada you are welcome to send a personal cheque.  In either case, make your payment out to the "Accordion Association of Calgary" and mail it to the address below:
